Who we are

Sara Nazary is an independent licensed life insurance agent, National Producer Number 19664430. We are not an insurance company and we are not a mortgage lender. Policies are issued and claims are paid by the insurance carrier named in your contract.

Not a government program

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency, HUD, FHA, the Department of Veterans Affairs, any state program, or your mortgage lender or servicer. Mortgage protection insurance is optional and is never required to keep your home loan. Nothing on this site is a government benefit, and no government program is required to buy anything from us.

How we are paid

You pay us nothing. Quotes, comparisons and appointments are free. If you decide to take a policy, the insurance carrier pays this agency a commission, which is already built into the premium the carrier files with your state and is not added on top of it.

Where we are licensed

We can only sell insurance in states where we hold an active license. As of the date above that is: Arizona, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington.

About the products

Products, features, riders, benefit amounts and rates vary by carrier and by state and are not available in every state. All coverage is subject to underwriting approval and to the terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions of the policy as actually issued. Living benefit and return of premium features are optional, differ by carrier, and carry their own qualifying conditions. We will tell you exactly what your policy includes before you sign anything.

Rates and examples

This site does not show premiums. The coverage builder is a planning sketch, not a quote, an offer or a guarantee of coverage. Your own rate depends on your age, sex, health, tobacco use, state and the carrier that ultimately approves you.
